  • 1 head of broccoli (cut into florets)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven:

  1. Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Crispy Potatoes:

  1. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread them out on the baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  2. Roast alongside the potatoes for 15-20 minutes until tender.
