1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into an 8×8-inch baking dish. Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over cooled crust.
Whisk sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest until thickened. Spread over cream layer.
Spread final whipped topping on top. Garnish with fresh strawberries and extra lemon zest. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
Dust with powdered sugar before slicing and serving cold.
Notes
Use gluten-free graham crackers for a GF version.
Swap cream cheese for Greek yogurt for a tangier profile.
