2 large flour tortillas
1 lb steak, thinly sliced (ribeye or sirloin)
2 cups crispy French fries
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
½ cup creamy queso or cheese sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: sour cream or chipotle sauce
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear for 3–4 minutes until juicy and caramelized.
Cook fries until golden and crispy. Toss them lightly with salt and a sprinkle of paprika.
Lay out tortillas and layer steak, fries, cheddar, mozzarella, and diced tomatoes.
Fold the burritos tightly and place them seam-side down in a skillet. Toast until golden and crispy.
Drizzle with warm queso, sprinkle cilantro, and add extra tomatoes. Slice in half and serve.
