  • ½ cup sliced white or baby bella mushrooms
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Optional: seaweed pieces or bok choy for added texture

Instructions

  1. Simmer chicken broth, beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and mirin for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Add carrots and mushrooms, simmer until tender.
  3. Optionally strain the broth for clarity.
