Ingredients

Scale

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup Alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 flour tortillas (small/medium size)

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

1.5 cups seasoned breadcrumbs

Vegetable oil for frying

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Toss shrimp with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Sauté shrimp in olive oil until just pink.

3. Mix Alfredo sauce with mozzarella cheese and fold in sautéed shrimp.

4. Place filling on tortillas, roll tightly, seal with sauce.

5. Dredge each roll in flour, dip in eggs, coat in breadcrumbs.

6. Fry at 350°F until golden brown and crispy.

7. Drain on paper towels and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Ensure oil stays at 350°F while frying.

Don’t overfill tortillas to prevent leaks.
