Ingredients
Scale
1 lb lean ground beef
2 tbsp hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to spice level)
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cups diced sweet potatoes
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
2 eggs (fried or poached)
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley or cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
Roast the Veggies: Toss sweet potatoes and red onion in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and tender.
Sizzle the Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Once browned, stir in hot honey.
Fry the Egg: Fry or poach eggs to your liking.
Assemble the Bowl: In each bowl, layer roasted veggies, ground beef, and sliced avocado. Add your egg on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Drizzle & Devour: Optional: drizzle extra hot honey over the top for that sticky, spicy finish.
