1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus more for drizzling)
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, both sugars, sour cream, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Slowly add the dry mix to the wet, stirring until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and swirl in the hot fudge sauce.

Let the loaf cool before slicing. Warm some extra hot fudge and drizzle over each slice.
Notes
For an extra chocolatey experience, add more chocolate chips.
Store leftovers in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
