Honey Sriracha Shrimp Avocados are a delicious low-carb dish featuring spicy shrimp stuffed into creamy avocado halves, perfect for a healthy appetizer or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp spicy mayo or chipotle aioli
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet until charred and juicy.
  2. Halve and pit the avocados. Scoop out just a little to make a “well” for stuffing.
  3. Fill each avocado half with 2–3 shrimp.
  4. Drizzle spicy mayo or chipotle aioli over the top.
  5. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and a pinch of red pepper flakes for garnish.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of sriracha to control the spice level.
  • For a creamier texture, add more spicy mayo or aioli.
  • These can be served as an appetizer or a light lunch.
