Ingredients
Scale
2 salmon fillets (skin-on or off)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (or sriracha + minced garlic)
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp olive oil
Salt & cracked black pepper to taste
Optional: Red pepper flakes for extra heat
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
1 cup roasted cauliflower florets
1 fresh red chili, thinly sliced
1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, lime juice, and olive oil to create a flavorful marinade.
Pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper, and pour marinade over the fillets. Let marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high and sear salmon fillets skin-side down for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, spooning sauce over the top.
While salmon cooks, roast cauliflower florets in the oven at 400°F with oil, salt, and sliced chili for 20 minutes.
Serve salmon hot with roasted cauliflower on the side, drizzled with remaining pan sauce, garnished with cilantro and lime wedges.
Notes
For extra heat, add red pepper flakes to the marinade or garnish.
Make sure to not overcook the salmon for the best texture.
Roasted cauliflower can be substituted with other vegetables if desired.
