2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 ½ cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil for a sweet savory glaze.
Season salmon with salt and pepper, then sear in a pan until golden.
Pour sauce over salmon and let it caramelize.
Boil and mash potatoes with butter, and roast broccoli until slightly charred.
Serve salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli, drizzle extra sauce, and garnish.
