Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk while stirring. Add cheddar cheese and garlic powder until melted.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook seasoned chicken pieces until golden brown.
  4. Add butter, garlic, honey, and soy sauce to the skillet. Simmer until the chicken is coated in a glossy glaze.
  5. Plate the creamy mac & cheese beside the honey garlic chicken and sprinkle parsley on top.
