- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1½ cups milk
- 1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Boil macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan melt butter, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk while stirring. Add cheddar cheese and garlic powder until melted.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook seasoned chicken pieces until golden brown.
- Add butter, garlic, honey, and soy sauce to the skillet. Simmer until the chicken is coated in a glossy glaze.
- Plate the creamy mac & cheese beside the honey garlic chicken and sprinkle parsley on top.
