- 2 cups cooked noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Toss diced chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and crispy.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger, then add soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Simmer into a glossy sauce.
- Add cooked noodles and chicken into the sauce. Toss until everything is coated evenly.
- Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top. Serve hot.
