1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Oreo cookies (cut in half for wings)
Mini chocolate sandwich cookies or chocolate drops (for bat heads)
Candy eyes
Caramel drizzle (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare brownies according to package directions. Bake and let cool completely. Cut into squares.
In a bowl, beat together peanut butter and butter until creamy. Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Mix until fluffy.
Pipe or spoon a dollop of frosting on each brownie square.
Insert two halved Oreo cookies into the frosting as “wings.”
Add a mini cookie or chocolate drop in the center for the bat head. Use a dab of frosting to attach candy eyes.
Drizzle lightly with caramel if desired. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
