  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring (gel preferred)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • Chocolate chips
  • Fresh cranberries
  • Red candy hearts or fondant hearts
  • Crumbled brownies or crushed Oreos (optional for crunch)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crumbs, brown sugar, and butter. Press into lined muffin tins. Bake at 325°F for 5-6 mins.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Tint with green food coloring.
  3. Spoon filling over crusts and bake for 15–18 minutes. Let cool completely, then chill at least 2 hours.
  4. Decorate with chocolate chips, cranberries, red hearts, and optional brownie crumbs.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use gel food coloring for vibrant green color.
  • Chill thoroughly before serving for best texture.
