- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Green food coloring (gel preferred)
- ¼ cup sour cream
- Chocolate chips
- Fresh cranberries
- Red candy hearts or fondant hearts
- Crumbled brownies or crushed Oreos (optional for crunch)
- Mix graham crumbs, brown sugar, and butter. Press into lined muffin tins. Bake at 325°F for 5-6 mins.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Tint with green food coloring.
- Spoon filling over crusts and bake for 15–18 minutes. Let cool completely, then chill at least 2 hours.
- Decorate with chocolate chips, cranberries, red hearts, and optional brownie crumbs.
- Serve chilled.
