  • 2 cups romaine or green leaf lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 23 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Optional: avocado slices or croutons for crunch

Instructions

  1. Season & Grill Shrimp: Toss shrimp in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or sauté 2–3 minutes per side.
  2. Prep the Base Fillings: In a bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and Caesar dressing. Add Parmesan and toss.
  3. Wrap & Layer: Warm tortillas slightly for easy folding. Layer lettuce mix, grilled shrimp, and any extras like avocado.
