- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced into rings
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Vanilla ice cream (2–3 scoops)
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt.
- Brush mixture generously over pineapple slices.
- Grill pineapple 3–4 minutes per side until caramelized with char marks.
- Transfer to a serving plate while warm.
- Top grilled pineapple with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
- Drizzle with warm caramel sauce and garnish with mint.
- Serve immediately while ice cream slowly melts into the caramelized fruit.
