2 large chicken breasts, cut into cubes
3 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Metal or wooden skewers
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, chopped
1/4 red onion, sliced thin
1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Salt, pepper, dried oregano to taste
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt & dried oregano to taste
Warm pita or flatbread
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, and salt in a bowl. Toss in the chicken cubes and let them soak up those bold Greek flavors.
Skewer & Grill: Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. Grill on medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and juicy.
Mix the Greek Salad: In a bowl, combine cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, season with oregano.
Whip Up the Tzatziki: Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and seasoning.
Assemble the Platter: Warm your pita, then plate it with the grilled chicken skewers, salad, a dollop of tzatziki, and a lemon wedge.
