Imagine a cozy evening at home, with candlelight making the kitchen warm. You’re ready to make a meal that’s more than just food. You pull out a fresh lobster, thinking about the gourmet lobster pasta you’ll make. It’s a special dish, full of love and rich flavors!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Lobster:

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat (chopped (tail or claw))
  • 1 tablespoon butter

For the Pasta and Sauce:

  • 12 ounces spaghetti or linguine
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.

2️⃣ Prepare the Lobster:

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the lobster meat and sauté for 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Cream Sauce:

  1. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

4️⃣ Combine Pasta and Lobster:

  1. Toss the cooked pasta into the creamy sauce, ensuring it’s well coated. Gently fold in the sautéed lobster meat.
  2. Stir in lemon zest for a hint of brightness.

5️⃣ Serve and Garnish:

  1. Plate the pasta and lobster, then sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with crusty bread or a side salad for a complete meal.
