A light, luxurious lobster salad bursting with fresh coastal flavor, inspired by Gordon Ramsay.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup mayo (or crème fraîche for a lighter touch)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Salt & cracked black pepper to taste
  • Optional: splash of olive oil or dash of Tabasco for kick

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  2. Fold in diced celery, chives, and parsley for added crunch and freshness.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat, ensuring it is well coated with the dressing. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Serve in lettuce cups, over buttered brioche, or directly from the bowl, garnished with extra herbs.
  5. For an extra kick, drizzle with olive oil or add a dash of Tabasco.
