A decadent, gooey, and irresistibly rich dessert that combines the flavors of butterscotch and brownie in a delightful pie.

Ingredients

  • 115g butter, melted
  • 200g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 65g flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Make brownie base: Mix butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 20 min. Cool completely.
  2. Make butterscotch: Melt brown sugar and butter. Add cream and vanilla. Simmer 3–4 mins. Pour over brownie and chill.
  3. Make ganache: Pour hot cream over chocolate chips. Stir smooth. Spread on top. Chill 1 hour.

  • Add chopped nuts for texture
