1 lb jumbo lump crab meat, picked over for shells
1 large egg
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp chopped parsley
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Mix crab meat, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, lemon zest, panko, and parsley in a bowl.
Shape into 4–6 crab cakes and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet. Cook crab cakes for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
Melt butter for sauce, stir in garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Serve crab cakes with garlic butter sauce and garnish with parsley.

Handle crab meat gently to keep large lumps intact.
