Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 lobster tails, split in half
  • 1 lb lobster meat, chopped
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Split lobster tails and loosen meat while keeping attached to shell. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Old Bay.
  2. Combine chopped lobster meat, melted butter, garlic, mayonnaise, Dijon, cheeses, panko, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Spoon stuffing into each lobster shell, mounding slightly. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and drizzle with butter.
  4. Bake 18-22 minutes until lobster is opaque and topping is golden. Broil 1-2 minutes for crispiness.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Use fresh lobster for best flavor
  • Broiling adds extra crispiness to topping
  • Serve immediately for best texture
