- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle in Parmesan and toss until shrimp are well coated.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Roast for 8–10 minutes until they’re juicy, golden, and sizzling.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the hot shrimp and toss with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately as an appetizer or over pasta, rice, or salad.
