700g chicken tenders
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
3/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Oil for frying (or spray for baking/air frying)
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Extra Parmesan for topping
Ranch or garlic dip (for serving)
Instructions
Pat chicken tenders dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Prepare breading station: flour in one bowl, eggs in another, and mix panko, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a third bowl.
Dredge each tender in flour, dip into egg, then coat thoroughly in breadcrumb mixture.
Fry in hot oil (175°C / 350°F) for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on rack.
Oven option: Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Air fryer: 200°C (400°F) for 10–12 minutes.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush lightly over hot tenders.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
