- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned.
- Flatten each biscuit and add beef and cheddar cheese in the center. Fold and seal tightly.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over each dough ball.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley over hot bombs and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped onions to the beef filling.
