  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned.
  2. Flatten each biscuit and add beef and cheddar cheese in the center. Fold and seal tightly.
  3. Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over each dough ball.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan and parsley over hot bombs and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped onions to the beef filling.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch.
