- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms (cremini or button)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until golden and tender.
- Add cauliflower florets to the skillet and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly browned and tender.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle parsley and parmesan cheese, and give a final toss.
