A quick and flavorful garlic mushroom cauliflower skillet, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms (cremini or button)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp paprika (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until golden and tender.
  2. Add cauliflower florets to the skillet and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly browned and tender.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Remove from heat, sprinkle parsley and parmesan cheese, and give a final toss.

  • Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
