Garlic Lobster Pasta is a buttery, elegant dish perfect for date nights or dinner parties.
8 oz linguine or spaghetti
1/2 lb cooked lobster meat
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup seafood or chicken broth
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and black pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Grated Parmesan (optional)
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, reserving 1/2 cup of water.
2. Melt butter and oil in a skillet; sauté garlic and red pepper flakes.
3. Add wine and broth; simmer to reduce. Stir in lemon juice.
4. Add lobster meat; warm gently without overcooking.
5. Toss in pasta, adding reserved water as needed.
6. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
Use fresh or frozen lobster.
Don’t skip the pasta water.
