Ingredients
Scale
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 lemon, sliced into wedges
Foil sheets for grilling
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Do the same in a separate bowl for the shrimp.
Tear 4 large sheets of foil. Evenly divide the steak and shrimp between each one.
Fold the foil over tightly and seal to form packets. Grill over medium-high heat for about 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Open the packets carefully, then sprinkle chopped parsley and add a lemon wedge.
Plate directly from the foil or slide onto a dish. Serve with grilled corn, roasted potatoes, or enjoy as is.
Notes
Watch out for steam when opening the foil packets.
Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
This recipe is perfect for summer grilling and easy cleanup.
