Ingredients

  • 2 boneless steaks
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil
  • Garlic herb butter (butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, lemon juice)

Instructions

  1. Bring steaks to room temperature, pat dry, season generously.
  2. Sear 3–4 minutes per side in hot oil until golden and cooked to desired doneness. Rest.
  3. Melt butter in pan, add garlic, herbs, and lemon juice.
  4. Slice steaks and spoon warm garlic-herb butter over the top.

Notes

  • 130°F for medium rare
  • Use a cast iron pan for best crust
