Garlic Butter Steak Bites are juicy, rich, and your next skillet dinner obsession, served with a creamy garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)
  • Optional: green onions or chives for extra freshness

Instructions

  1. Season steak generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear the steak in batches for crispy, golden-brown edges.
  2. Lower the heat to medium, then melt butter in the same skillet. Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes. Let it sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring constantly until thickened and smooth.
  4. Add the cooked steak bites back into the skillet and toss until everything is coated in the creamy garlic butter sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and green onions, then serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Plate it over mashed potatoes, rice, or enjoy it as-is for a low-carb dinner.
  • Adjust red pepper flakes according to your spice preference.
