A delicious and easy sheet pan seafood dinner featuring garlic butter shrimp and salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1 large salmon fillet (about 11.5 lb)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Lemon slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with foil and spread sliced onions across the bottom.
  2. Place the salmon fillet on top of the onions and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
  3. Arrange shrimp around the salmon and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over everything.
  4. Melt butter and mix with lemon juice and parsley. Drizzle generously over the salmon and shrimp.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon is flaky and shrimp are pink and juicy. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
