- 1 large salmon fillet (about 1–1.5 lb)
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Cajun seasoning (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Lemon slices for serving
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with foil and spread sliced onions across the bottom.
- Place the salmon fillet on top of the onions and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
- Arrange shrimp around the salmon and sprinkle minced garlic evenly over everything.
- Melt butter and mix with lemon juice and parsley. Drizzle generously over the salmon and shrimp.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon is flaky and shrimp are pink and juicy. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
