Golden, cheesy ultimate seafood comfort dinner featuring garlic butter shrimp rolls.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 soft dinner rolls or brioche buns
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Optional: pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, then cook shrimp until pink.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, stir until thickened. Add Parmesan cheese.
  4. Slice rolls and stuff with shrimp mixture. Top with mozzarella.
  5. Broil for 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with parsley.

Notes
