- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 soft dinner rolls or brioche buns
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Optional: pinch red pepper flakes
- Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, then cook shrimp until pink.
- Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, stir until thickened. Add Parmesan cheese.
- Slice rolls and stuff with shrimp mixture. Top with mozzarella.
- Broil for 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
