Garlic Butter Shrimp Linguine in Three-Cheese Parmesan Sauce turns an ordinary night into a comforting dinner with creamy pasta and juicy shrimp.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz linguine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Season shrimp with paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil and butter for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  3. Sauté garlic in the same skillet, then add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, provolone, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Toss cooked linguine into the cheese sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed. Return shrimp to the skillet and coat in sauce.
  5. Serve garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
