1 lb shrimp tails, peeled & deveined
1 lb lobster tail meat, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup unsalted butter
6 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and lobster tails. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until just cooked through.
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper.
Pour the hot garlic butter over the shrimp and lobster. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Sprinkle fresh parsley over the dish and serve immediately with crusty bread, white rice, or pasta.
Optional: Save extra garlic butter in a dipping bowl on the side for added flavor.
Notes
Use fresh seafood for best results.
Adjust spice level by modifying cayenne pepper amount.
Leftover garlic butter can be refrigerated and reused.
