Ingredients
Scale
4 lobster tails
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Extra parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail and gently pull the meat upward, resting it on top of the shell.
Season lobster meat with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, zest, and parsley.
Brush garlic butter generously over lobster meat.
Place lobster tails on baking tray. Bake 10–12 minutes until meat turns opaque and tender.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over top. Broil 2–3 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Spoon extra garlic butter over before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Do not overbake; lobster cooks quickly.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melt.
Add a pinch of chili flakes for heat.
Brush with butter again right after broiling for shine.
