Tender grilled lobster tails brushed with rich garlic butter—simple luxury made easy.
4 lobster tails (1–1.2 lb total)
8 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

1. Thaw & rinse lobster tails. Split shell, lift meat, place on baking sheet.
2. Mix butter, garlic, lemon zest & juice, parsley, paprika, salt & pepper. Brush on tails, reserve 2 tbsp.
3. Preheat grill to 400–425 °F, oil grates.
4. Grill meat-side up 5–6 min, baste; continue 3–4 min until opaque & charred. Grill shell-side down last minute.
5. Rest 2 min. Plate, brush reserved butter, garnish & serve.
Keep butter soft so it spreads evenly.
Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking.
Rest lobster briefly before serving to retain juices.
