- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- Lime wedges, for serving
- Pat steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

- In the same skillet, lower heat and melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Drizzle garlic butter over the sliced steak, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lime wedges.
