The ultimate high-protein dinner win with BIG flavor! Tender beef bites slow-cooked in a savory garlic butter sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs beef sirloin or chuck, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • Optional: crusty bread cubes or roasted potatoes for mixing in

Instructions

  1. In a hot skillet, quickly sear beef cubes in olive oil just until browned. This step gives bold caramelized flavor and adds a restaurant-style touch.
  2. Melt butter and stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper, and Italian seasoning. This sauce is loaded with savory flavor.
  3. Add seared beef to your slow cooker. Pour over garlic butter sauce and season well with salt and pepper. Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours for that tender finish.
  4. Toss in toasted bread cubes or roasted potatoes during the last 30 minutes for a crunchy, hearty twist.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot! Great with rice, mashed cauliflower, or on its own.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef cubes in the garlic butter sauce overnight before cooking.
  • Adjust the amount of red pepper based on your heat preference.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
