- 1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tail-on)
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 ears corn on the cob, halved or whole (pre-cooked or steamed)
- Prep the butter sauce by mixing melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place shrimp evenly in a foil pan or baking dish and pour the garlic butter sauce over them, coating each shrimp. Add corn to the pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until shrimp turn pink and juicy.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy with bread to soak up the extra garlic butter.

- For extra flavor, use fresh garlic instead of powdered.
