Ingredients
Scale
1 loaf brioche bread or soft pull-apart bread
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment or lightly grease.
In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, onion powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Slice the bread crosswise into thick slices without cutting all the way through the bottom.
Gently spread the garlic butter between each slice. Stuff mozzarella and cheddar cheese in between layers.
Place in loaf pan or on baking tray, loosely tent with foil. Bake 15–20 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–7 more minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
Remove, sprinkle extra parsley, and serve hot!
Notes
Use day-old bread for better texture.
Mix in finely chopped spinach or green onions for extra flavor.
Can be made dairy-free with plant-based butter and vegan cheese.
