  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal (plus extra for topping)
  • Optional glaze: ½ cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Cream It All Together: Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  2. Mix the Dry Team: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine & Fold In the Fun: Mix dry ingredients into the wet until just combined. Stir in sour cream, then gently fold in Fruity Pebbles.
  4. Bake to Golden Goodness: Pour batter into a greased loaf pan, sprinkle extra cereal on top, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50–60 minutes.
  5. Optional Glaze & Serve: Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze once cool and slice to enjoy.
