Fudgy, festive brownies topped with cocoa frosting and holiday sprinkles—perfect for Christmas parties.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Holiday sprinkles (red, green & white)

Instructions

  1. Whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Pour batter into a greased 8×8” pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.
  4. Let brownies cool completely.
  5. Mix powdered sugar, cocoa, melted butter, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
  6. Spread frosting over cooled brownies and add sprinkles.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Cool brownies completely before frosting.
  • Adjust milk for desired frosting consistency.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
