  • 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese
  • 68 fresh figs, sliced
  • 3 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil and toast them at 375°F for 7–8 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta with 1 tbsp honey until smooth and creamy.
  3. Generously spread the whipped ricotta onto each toasted crostini.
  4. Top each slice with 1–2 fig slices.
  5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle fresh thyme or flaky salt if desired.
