Buttery puff pastry swirls filled with creamy feta, tangy cranberries, and herbs. Perfect for holiday gatherings or as a savory-sweet appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 egg, for egg wash
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce, plus more for topping
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, for topping
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Roll out thawed puff pastry into a rectangle. Spread cream cheese evenly.
  2. Sprinkle feta and cranberries over the pastry.
  3. Roll pastry into a log and slice into swirls.
  4. Place swirls on a lined baking tray. Brush with egg wash and top with cranberry sauce, thyme, and sesame seeds.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden and crisp.

Notes

  • Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions.
  • Adjust sweetness with honey if desired.
  • Serve warm for best texture.
