- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos for paleo)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Optional: drizzle of sriracha or spicy mayo on top
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil and cook the ground pork until fully browned and slightly crispy.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage and carrots, sauté until tender-crisp, about 5–7 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar, then toss everything together until fully coated and steaming hot.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of spicy mayo or sriracha before serving.
