Easy bite-sized cinnamon sugar treats made with biscuit dough, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Optional glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll into balls.
  2. Mix cinnamon and granulated sugar. Toss dough balls in the mixture.
  3. Mix melted butter with brown sugar. Pour into a greased muffin pan or mini bundt tray.
  4. Drop 3-4 sugar-coated balls into each muffin cup. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with optional glaze or more melted butter. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Best served fresh and warm.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
