  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 ½ cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Optional: shaved chocolate or whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.
  2. Layer graham crackers and pudding mixture in a 9×13-inch dish, ending with a final cracker layer.
  3. Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips, let sit, then stir until smooth. Spread over top.
  4. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
