An easy holiday appetizer that looks fancy but takes minutes! These Cranberry Brie Bites combine sweet and savory flavors for a perfect party snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese (cut into 1-inch rounds or use a small Brie wheel)
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Mini pretzel sticks (or toothpicks) for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut the Brie into small rounds or wedges.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in brown sugar, pecans, cranberries, and maple syrup. Cook for 2–3 minutes until sticky and glossy.
  3. Spoon the warm candied pecan-cranberry mixture over each Brie bite.
  4. Add a sprig of parsley and insert a pretzel stick or toothpick into the center of each.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Best served fresh.
  • Can be prepared ahead and assembled just before serving.
