- 1 wheel of Brie cheese (cut into 1-inch rounds or use a small Brie wheel)
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Mini pretzel sticks (or toothpicks) for serving
- Cut the Brie into small rounds or wedges.
- In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in brown sugar, pecans, cranberries, and maple syrup. Cook for 2–3 minutes until sticky and glossy.
- Spoon the warm candied pecan-cranberry mixture over each Brie bite.
- Add a sprig of parsley and insert a pretzel stick or toothpick into the center of each.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
