- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
- Cooking spray or extra butter
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin pan.
- Roll out puff pastry, brush with melted butter and vanilla, then sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log, then slice into 6 pieces.
- Place each swirl into a muffin cup with the spiral facing up.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
- While warm, brush lightly with butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
Notes
- Best served warm.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
