Easy Cannoli Cheesecake Bars combine creamy Italian-inspired flavors with classic cheesecake texture for a delicious dessert.

  • For the Crust:
    • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • For the Cannoli Cheesecake Filling:
    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    • ¾ cup ricotta cheese
    • ¾ cup granulated sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
  • For the Topping:
    • 1 cup whipped cream
    • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
    • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
    • Optional chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the pan.
  3. Bake crust for 8–10 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese, ricotta, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  6. Pour filling over crust and bake for 30–35 minutes.
  7. Let cool completely.
  8. Top with whipped cream, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, and optional chocolate drizzle.

Notes
