- For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- For the Cannoli Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup ricotta cheese
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
- For the Topping:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Optional chocolate drizzle
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the pan.
- Bake crust for 8–10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, ricotta, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 30–35 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Top with whipped cream, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, and optional chocolate drizzle.
